By accessing our website, creating an account, posting a job, building a resume, purchasing from our shop, or enrolling in any course, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

By using Jobliks in any capacity — as a job seeker, employer, course learner, shopper, or general visitor — you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. 2. Platform Description

Jobliks is an online career platform that provides the following core services:

  • Job Board: Allows employers to post vacancies and job seekers to search and apply for positions
  • Resume Builder: A tool enabling users to create, edit, and export professional resumes
  • Course Marketplace: A curated library of career development and skills courses
  • Career Shop: An e-commerce section offering career-related books, guides, tools, and materials

Each of these services is subject to additional guidelines which may be published separately and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.


3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of Jobliks, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
  • Keep your login credentials confidential and not share your account with others
  • Notify us immediately at info@jobliks.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account
  • Accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

Jobliks reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that contain false information, violate these Terms, or engage in any abusive or fraudulent behavior.


4. Job Postings — Employer Responsibilities

Employers and recruiters who post jobs on Jobliks agree to the following:

  • All job listings must represent genuine, available employment opportunities
  • Job descriptions must be accurate and not misleading regarding compensation, role requirements, or working conditions
  • Listings must not discriminate based on race, gender, age, religion, disability, nationality, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic under applicable law
  • Posting fees, where applicable, are non-refundable once a listing goes live
  • Jobliks reserves the right to remove any job posting that violates our standards without notice or refund

We are not an employment agency and are not responsible for hiring decisions, employment contracts, or any disputes arising between employers and candidates.


5. Job Seekers — Application Responsibility

Job seekers using Jobliks to search and apply for roles agree to:

  • Provide truthful information in their profiles, resumes, and applications
  • Not impersonate any individual or misrepresent professional qualifications
  • Use the platform for legitimate job search purposes only
  • Understand that Jobliks does not guarantee job placement, interview invitations, or employment outcomes

Jobliks is a platform — we connect people with opportunities but are not a party to any employment agreement.


6. Resume Builder

The Resume Builder tool on Jobliks is provided as a self-service career aid. You retain full ownership of the content you input into your resume. By using this tool, you:

  • Grant Jobliks a limited, non-exclusive license to store and display your resume data within the platform
  • Acknowledge that resume templates are proprietary and may not be extracted or redistributed for commercial purposes
  • Understand that Jobliks does not guarantee that resumes created on our platform will result in employment

7. Courses and Educational Content

Jobliks offers access to third-party and platform-curated career courses. By enrolling in any course, you agree that:

  • Course access is for personal, non-commercial use only
  • Course content may not be downloaded, reproduced, or resold without explicit written permission
  • Completion of a course on Jobliks does not guarantee employment, certification recognition, or professional licensing unless explicitly stated by the course provider
  • Refund eligibility for course purchases is governed by the specific refund policy displayed at the time of purchase

8. Shop — Purchases and Refunds

The Jobliks Shop offers physical and digital career products. By making a purchase, you agree to the following:

  • All purchases are subject to product-specific terms, pricing, and availability
  • Digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded
  • Physical products are subject to our shipping and return policy, available at the time of purchase
  • Jobliks is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use Jobliks to:

  • Post fake, scam, or pyramid scheme job listings
  • Collect user data from the platform without authorization

  • Spam other users through our messaging or application systems
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the platform
  • Circumvent any security or access control features

Violations may result in immediate account termination and, where appropriate, legal action.


10. Intellectual Property

All content, design elements, software, trademarks, and proprietary tools on Jobliks — including the Resume Builder, platform interface, and original written content — are the intellectual property of Jobliks or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Jobliks content without explicit written permission.


11. Third-Party Links and Services

Jobliks may contain links to third-party websites, employer career pages, course providers, or external resources. These links are provided for convenience and do not constitute an endorsement. Jobliks is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any third-party site.


12. Advertising

Jobliks displays advertisements served through Google AdSense and other third-party advertising networks. These ads are targeted based on user behavior and interests as governed by those networks’ own policies. We do not personally endorse products or services advertised through these networks unless explicitly stated.


13. Disclaimer of Warranties

Jobliks is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, that:

  • The platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times
  • Job listings are verified to be currently open or accurately described
  • Course content will meet every user’s specific professional development needs
  • The Resume Builder will guarantee positive outcomes in any hiring process

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jobliks and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform — including but not limited to missed job opportunities, employment disputes, or purchase dissatisfaction.
